Each one of the different operators of public transport in Biscay has its own fare system, i.e., its own zones, its own range of tickets and its own prices. The rates indicated here are those adopted by the relevant public authorities.

The public Basque institutions are currently working on coordinating the different systems of public transport. Their first achievements have been the uniform ticket, Creditrans, and the adoption of a common zoning which is being gradually applied by the different carriers.
